Revisions are subject to the selected service package. Clients may request revisions according to the scope defined in their package. Unlimited revisions may be provided at no additional cost as long as the original design concept remains unchanged. Each revision request will be processed within 48 hours.
All payments made to WebzVision are non-refundable once the initial design concepts have been approved or revision requests have been initiated, unless WebzVision cancels the project due to reasons other than client breach or non-execution.

All refund requests must be submitted to info@webzvision.com. WebzVision reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
For website packages, refunds are not applicable once the initial mockup has been approved or internal pages have been created with client consent. For bundled services, refunds apply only to the unapproved portion of the project. Example: If a logo is approved but the website design is not, a refund may be applicable only for the website service.
Both WebzVision and the Client agree not to publicly criticize, defame, or harm each other’s reputation on any public platform including social media, forums, blogs, or review websites during or after the contract period. Violation of this clause may result in legal action and compensation claims.
Refund requests must be made in good faith. If a client places the same order with multiple agencies with the intent to claim refunds, WebzVision reserves the right to decline such requests.
If a refund is approved, all rights to the design revert back to WebzVision, and the client will have no legal right to use, display, or distribute the design in any form. Clients are responsible for securing copyright protection for finalized artwork.
WebzVision ensures that all designs are created according to the specifications provided by the client. Each project undergoes research and quality checks to maintain originality and professional standards.
We continue refining and revising designs until the client is satisfied, subject to the limits of the selected package.
Domain and hosting services are provided free of cost where applicable. Email accounts included with hosting packages may be configured with third-party email clients. If hosting is transferred elsewhere, email accounts will not be provided.
All design files are delivered through the client’s account or via email as per the delivery timeline stated in the order confirmation. Revision and refund timelines are calculated from the official delivery date and time. Rush delivery services may be available upon request.
Final design files are archived by WebzVision. Clients may request re-delivery of final files by contacting support.
